Tl dr the import line seems to be working fine, I think, but the export line has started this strange bug where apparently I'm exporting metal via flying cars, and I see no trains coming and going from any part of the export loop, and I'm not seeing a lot of mineral exports on my outside connections tab, so I don't think it's working.
